Shipping Policy – Peak DNA

Thank you for shopping with Peak DNA. Below you'll find all the details about our delivery process, including timeframes, costs, and tracking. We aim to get your wellness essentials to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.


1. Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).

  • Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same day

  • Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day

Please allow extra time during busy periods (e.g. product launches or sales).


2. UK Shipping Options

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time Cost
Standard Tracked (Royal Mail) 2–4 working days £2.99 or FREE over £50
Express Tracked (DPD / RM 24) 1–2 working days £4.99

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.


3. International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only.
Please check back soon or email us at support@peakdna.co.uk if you’d like to request shipping to your region.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS (if provided at checkout).
You can also access order status by logging into your account.


5. Delays & Lost Orders

While we work with trusted couriers, occasionally delays can happen due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, customs).
Please allow 7 working days before reporting a parcel as missing.

If your order hasn’t arrived after this time, contact us at support@peakdna.co.uk with your order number.


6. Delivery Issues & Address Errors

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • If you’ve made an error, email us immediately at support@peakdna.co.uk

  • Orders already dispatched cannot be redirected

  • Peak DNA is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses


7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or incomplete:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos where relevant

  • We’ll resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund as per our Returns & Refunds Policy
